Society's perception of a Warrior is stoic, aggressive, & masculine. However, a more wholistic look at the Warrior as both archetype and 'way of life' reveals a different picture, one that involves honour, courage, determination, and above all, self-mastery.
Ultimately, the Warrior is a path of self-motivation, self-knowledge, self-control... a path that looks inward rather than out.
So in modern society, are we wrong to dismiss the importance of the Warrior as a helpful archetype, and as a relevant 'way of life'?
